Mindful Reflections is a gentle space to slow down, check in and reconnect with yourself .
Through guided journal prompts, practical mindfulness techniques, word searches and calming colouring pages, this journal encourages clarity presence, and intentional reflections.

At Healthy Minds Online, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and professional counselling services. Our goal is to support individuals on their journey towards mental wellness and emotional resilience.
Trish is currently a Behavioural Health Consultant for BDSS and Alix Resource Centre and works from Bashaw on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays. She also works from Alix on Thursdays and Fridays. She is available to meet outside of this schedule as well - connect with her to book an appointment.
